Humble beginnings of a passion turned into a business.

Back in 2014, Jimmy Dozier , a big advocate for the 2nd amendment,  shooting sports lover and hunter,saw the need for a old fashion gun shop in North Mississippi. The type of place shoppers were treated as friends, and relationships were born. The type of place like minded people gathered in the name of the sport of shooting. With the help of long time friends Spencer Woods ,Chad Bishop and countless others he would do this!

   As a father of three and husband, it was important that the business was family friendly and focused on meeting future hunters and shooting sports enthusiants demands. He believed in offering goods and services at fair prices to help the legal gun owning population increase. But, more importantly he believed that customers were more than just a source of income. They are to be treated as extended family.  

From these core beliefs and values Revelations Armaments was born. Albeit in a garage and with a mere 8 guns in his inventory. Word traveled fast and 8 months later the first of the now famous Black Friday sales were had in that garage. Customers were lined up nearly around the block as the garage door was rolled up. Nearly ten years later, some of those customers( now friends) from that garage have attended his wedding, birthdays, birth of children, etc.  

 It is those friends and so many more like them that helped grow Revelations from the garage shop to a brick and mortar business in Amory, four years later to the current location in Smithville Mississippi, and now taking the step to servicing the nation via this website. Unlike many businesses that grow, Jimmy remains focused on always being present in the businees in a large capacity and continuing to provide that small shop experience that built what is now a house hold name in our area and beyond.
